About S.A. Conley
S. A. Conley wrote Carletta when she was fifteen years old in an attempt to help her younger sister learn to read and write better. They would both write a short story and then read it aloud to each other. Her mother enjoyed the stories so much that she encouraged S.A. to turn them into a novel. Carletta is the first book in a four part series. When S.A. is not writing she enjoys reading, travelling or hiking with her dog. S.A. lives in Kentucky with her husband and four children.
